I want to take a moment to commend the exceptional customer service I received at this Store During my visit, I had a fantastic interaction with the staff, particularly Bola (Security) and a gentleman at the customer service desk. I mistakenly thought I had lost my phone in the store and returned in a panic to look for it. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating patience, kindness, and professionalism. A special shoutout to Bola, the security guard by the entrance—his assistance was instrumental in helping me locate my phone. I truly appreciated his support, even though I may not have pronounced his name correctly. His dedication to customer care did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by these employees. Their helpfulness turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you!

Traveling home from a visit with family....had about 6 hours to go......Stopped to grab something to eat....got Giant's 8 pieces fried...still warm. I wasn't overly optimistic since the chicken WE usually get in store are BORING flavor and dry. Giant's WAS YUMMY!!!!! I don't know what spices and herbs used in that coating but....I WANT THE RECIPE!

Great delicatessen with good sandwich options. Firm, fresh tomatoes and fresh homemade breads. Do not forget the horse radish to go with the super sandwich. The service provider has a great sense of humor! Such a great place to shop!

Good morning to Giant foods! I wanna send a special shout out to this store! I made an catering order for the deli; (4) Sandwich trays, and a large fruit tray, the customer service was excellent, and the help was prompt, as usual, these guys made my event look less stressful! Am not done praising this store, but that full sheet bakery cake, melted in the hands of the guests, oh boy was it moist. I also ordered to trays of muffins😉yum yum and yum, did I mention the customer service was excellent, she made sure I was pleased with the cake decoration! Thank you bakery!!! The Manager that day on duty, thank you for assisting me with them bags of ice, you heard my stress, and quickly helped defuse it! The date of this catering order was Sunday, July 20, 2025@ 1030am! It don’t stop there, I saved the best for last, the Security Officer Jerry, witnessed the struggle with this order, and make cake almost fell, with his sharp security skills, and quick on his feet, the cake survived, Jerry was trying to find some assistance for me, but he became the assistance, and for that am so grateful! He saved the day! All you guys saved the day, planning an event is one thing, but an Autism event was very hectic🥵! Again thank you Giant foods for all your help, I will be back for future assistance 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Anne Marie the security guard goes above and beyond! She is a happy to help and has such a positive attitude. Even on Christmas Day when it’s busy, she is there to help with a smile!

I usually shop at Walmart, but today I urgently needed something and went to Giant Food. It was one of my first times here, and I was very impressed. A young and very kind lady — who was also very beautiful — helped me even though the bakery department was already closed. She kindly explained the closing time, apologized for the department being closed, and still went out of her way to assist me with what I needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. Because of this experience, I highly recommend Giant Food as one of the best places to shop
